purchase of livestock or feed from Rays Livestock Auction (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at
13610 Cullen Blvd, Houston, TX 77047. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these
Terms.

1. Nature of Our Sales

Rays Livestock Auction sells livestock and feed directly — despite the name, we do not
conduct bidding or auction-style sales. All listed prices are direct sale prices and are
subject to change based on availability, market conditions, weight, and age of the animal at
the time of sale.

2. Product Availability

Livestock and feed inventory changes regularly. Listings on our Site represent typical
availability but are not a guarantee that a specific animal or feed quantity is in stock at the
time of your inquiry. Final availability and pricing will always be confirmed directly with our
team before payment is finalized.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are confirmed only after direct communication with our team (phone, email, or
  form submission followed by confirmation).
• Full or partial payment may be required to reserve an animal or feed order, as agreed at
  time of purchase.
• Prices do not include transport/delivery fees, health certificates, or applicable taxes
  unless explicitly stated.

4. Livestock Health & Condition

We make reasonable efforts to ensure all livestock offered for sale are healthy and properly
cared for prior to sale. However, livestock are living animals, and we cannot guarantee against
illness, injury, or death occurring after the animal has left our care and custody, including

5. Delivery & Pickup

Buyers are responsible for arranging appropriate transport for pickup orders (trailers,
crates, etc.). For delivery orders, timing is coordinated in advance and may be affected by

6. Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Ensure proper facilities are ready to receive livestock upon delivery or pickup.
• Comply with any applicable state or local regulations regarding livestock ownership,
  transport, and care.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us directly. Deposits or payments may be
non-refundable depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made and whether the animal
or feed has already been prepared or reserved specifically for you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rays Livestock Auction is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, transport, or ownership of
livestock or feed purchased through us, beyond the original purchase price of the item in
question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Rays
Livestock Auction unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law
principles.

11. Changes to These Terms
